Esqido Gel Eye Liner – Black, Brown | Review | Swatches

What up people?

How many times does it happen that someone stops you and asks you if you are okay, only because you were not wearing an eye liner. Seldom, huh?. Eye liner can have that effect on one’s face. It can transform an tried eyes into mesmerizing eyes. Indian women know the power of an eye liner and since the invention of gel liners, there is no day that would go without wearing one. Gel liners offer ease of application, freedom to wear your own style & long lasting performance. The gel liners come in many forms but twist up pencils are the most used ones.

After trying out Esqido Mink Lashes, I happened to receive two newly launched gel liners by Esqido in Black & Brown. Today I will be sharing my views on the same as I am wearing them for more than 3 weeks now. It’s right time to talk about these gel liners. Stay with me.

ESQIDO Gel Eye Liner

Esqido brings perfectly pigmented long wear formula to shape your eyes. Gel liners deliver the most impeccable performance and Esqido brings the gel formula in the form of convenient twist up pencils so that you can use them any where any time without having to sharpen them or using any brushes.

The formula is very pigmented hence delivers nice color pay off. The formula is very creamy so it does not hurt delicate eyes. Available in two shade- Black & Brown, let’s you experiment with your eye makeup looks. The formula is lightweight and water proof too.

Price: The gel liners are originally priced at $16 but are being offered only for $12 for a limited time. The quanity you get is 0.5g

Availability : Check Esqido website .

Ingredients

Packaging

These gel liners come in white colored slim pencil form which are retractable. So the packaging is quite fuss free. You can just twist up the pencil and use the liner. There is a color band at the bottom of each pencil to distinguish the shade, like there is a brown band at the bottom of the brown eyeliner.

Esqido Gel Liners Shade – Black & Brown

The black shade is quite an intense black. It’s dark, matte and smooth. Similarly the brown is a true brown. It looks very beautiful on my dark brown eyes. I love wearing this on my water line as well.

Formula, Finish & Pigmentation

No doubt Esqido delivers quality products. After using their lashes, I can vouch for their products. These gel liners are highly pigmented. One swipe delivers beautiful color as the formula is creamy and smooth. Does not sting eyes. Also the formula is quick dry hence sets very soon and does not smudge. You can splash water on your eyes after wearing these gel liners, and can still flaunt beautiful lined eyes. But if you rub eyes after splashing water, you may smudge the liner so it’s not 100% water proof.

I love wearing liners with matte finish and Esqido Gel Liners deliver matte finish. Another bonus point.

Longevity

Gel liners promise superb staying power. Esqido Gel Liners too stay put until smudged deliberately or taken off with an eye makeup remover. The intensity too remains the same. That’s what the matte effect is all about.

What I liked the most about Esqido Gel Liners – The Good

  1. Gel Liner formula which is smooth, quick dry and smudge proof.
  2. Beautiful color pay off.
  3. Intense shades.
  4. Matte Finish
  5. Long lasting on eyes.
  6. Convenient packaging
  7. Quality & Quantity of the product is impressive.

What puts me off – The Bad

  • The formula is not 100% water proof. If your eyes are wet, you might smudge the liner.

Can’t tolerate – The Ugly

  • The tip goes blunt. And you can’t sharpen it since it’s retractable. You are stuck with a blunt tip FOREVER.

If you ask me, I am loving the brown shade the most. It’s quite unique and beautiful. That was all about the Esqido Gel Liners. I hope you liked the review. Let me know what you feel about the liners in the comment section.

Much Love,

Nisha
